上海人民广场历史文化风貌区景观提升策略——以规划展示馆周边城市更新工程(一期)为例

Landscape Improvement Strategy of Historical and Cultural Area of Shanghai People’s Square:Taking the Urban Renewal Project Around the Planning Exhibition Hall as an Example

上海人民广场兼具历史风貌区和公共活动中心区的多重复合功能。为适应上海城市建设进入存量发展阶段,依据《上海市城市更新实施办法》,启动上海人民广场历史文化风貌区市规划展示馆周边城市更新工程(一期)。依托详尽的场地评估与分析,从景观绿化、建(构)筑物改造、硬质铺装、小品设施、标识系统、灯光照明等专项切入,通过对场地功能和特征的准确认知以及前期调研的深入分析,对更新策略和实施方案进行精准把控,现工程已取得良好的建成效果,并为上海市同类项目的开展提供有益借鉴。

Shanghai People’s Square has multiple composite functions of both historical style area and public activity central area. In order to adapt to the urban construction of Shanghai into the stage of stock development, according to the Implementation Measures of Shanghai Urban Renewal, the urban renewal project around the Municipal Planning Exhibition Hall of the Historical and Cultural Area of Shanghai People’s Square(Phase I) was launched. Based on the detailed site evaluation and analysis, from the landscape greening, construction(structure) renovation, hard paving, sketch facilities, identification system, lighting, through the accurate cognition of site functions and characteristics and early research, the update strategy and implementation scheme accurate control, now the project has achieved good construction effect, and it provides a useful reference for the development of similar projects in Shanghai.
