摘要
近年来,我国地铁站的建设得到快速发展,而自行车作为最后一公里的出行补充方式,也给地铁站出入口带来了乱停乱放、干扰交通等一系列问题,自行车停放区设置导则在各大城市相继出台。另一方面,地铁站口自行车停放的主要区域为街道,其规划设置也应符合街道设计导则的导控要求。文章以杭州市三坝站作为案例,从两类导则中提取观察要素,对自行车停放区的设置现状进行调研,总结自行车停放区的规划设置问题,并为导则的构建、优化提供参考。
In recent years, the construction of subway stations has been developing rapidly in the city. As a supplementary way for the last kilometer of subway stations, bicycles have brought a series of problems, such as random parking and disturbance of traffic. The administration has issued guidelines for bicycle parking areas and street design to address the problem. In this paper, taking Hangzhou Sanba Station as a case, from the perspective of two kinds of guidelines as the observation elements, the current situation of bicycle parking areas were investigated, and the existing problems of bicycle parking areas were summarized.
