摘要
混凝土薄壳作轻盈有力,是一种非常节材的混凝土结构,具备巨大的低碳建造潜力,它虽曾经在建筑史上扮演过辉煌的角色,但当前鲜有建筑师在工程实践中采用混凝土薄壳。文章从建筑师视角,将柔性模板作为建造技术突破点,探索该技术在大规模定制混凝土薄壳预制装配方面的应用,初步验证在计算化设计与数字建筑技术的辅助下,建筑师可以在设计阶段突破专业分工壁垒,整合结构工程专业知识,实现设计方法的创新。
Concrete shell as a light weight, material saving and carbon saving structural form, once played a glorious role in the architectural history. However, it is seldom used by architects nowadays. The paper takes the flexible formwork technique as a breakthrough point, explores its application in mass customized pre-fabricated concrete shells, preliminary illustrates with the assistant of computational design and digital fabrication technology, architects could overcome the professional barrier, integrate structural engineer knowledge to realize innovative design methods.
