摘要
旅游目的地网络形象预警是通过对影响旅游目的形象的网络舆情变化动态进行监测,对可能产生的危机走向、规模进行判断,及时向旅游目的地政府或企业发出预警信号使其提前采取预控对策。利用互联网中抓取的网络文本,构建了"互联网+"背景下旅游目的地网络形象监测与预警指标体系,运用DEMATEL和多层次模糊综合评价的基本方法,建立基于多层次模糊综合评价的旅游目的地网络形象预警理论模型,为进一步构建预警体系提供理论支撑。
The network image warning of tourism destinations is to monitor the changes of network public opinion that affect the image of tourism purposes,judge the direction and scale of the possible crisis,and send early warning signals to the governments or enterprises of tourism destinations in time so that they can take pre-control countermeasures in advance.Text fetching in the use of the Internet network,the study builds the tourism destination network image monitoring and early warning index system under the background of"Internet+",by using the basic method of DEMATEL and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,based on multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of tourist destination image network early warning theory model,so as to provide theoretical support for further building early warning system.
