组织韧性研究的现状、热点和演进:知识图谱分析

Current Situation,Hot Spots and Evolution of Organizational Resilience Research:Knowledge Map Analysis

新冠疫情等"黑天鹅"事件对企业的生产经营造成了严重影响,组织韧性是企业应对"黑天鹅"事件的关键。运用Cite Space分析组织韧性领域的研究热点和主题,发现研究内容深入到管理之后有了较大的拓展,现在依旧活跃的研究主题为个体韧性、组织层面韧性、供应链韧性和韧性测量,资源基础理论在多个主题都有应用。整理了理论应用,按照"灾前评估——灾时应对——灾后学习"的框架整理出组织韧性研究的逻辑关系图,通过对引起图谱网络结构变异的文献分析,发现组织韧性未来应该在概念整合、管理层作用、供应链关键节点、发展中国家背景等方向进一步研究。

Black Swan incidents such as COVID-19 have seriously affected the production and operation of enterprises;however,organizational resilience is the key for enterprises to deal with such Black Swan incident.CiteSpace is used to analyze the research hotspots and topics in the field of organizational resilience.It is found that the research content has been greatly expanded after going deep into management.The still active research topics are individual resilience,organizational resilience,supply chain resilience and resilience measurement.Resource-based theory is applied to many topics.After sorting out the theoretical application,the logical relationship diagram of organizational resilience research is sorted out according to the framework of"pre disaster assessment-disaster response-post disaster learning".Through the literature analysis of the variation of map network structure,it is found that organizational resilience should be further studied in the direction of concept integration,management role,key nodes of supply chain and the background of developing countries in the future.
