厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合曲美他嗪在高血压合并心肌肥厚患者治疗中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Combined with Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Hypertension Patients with Myocardial Hypertrophy

目的:探究厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合曲美他嗪在高血压合并心肌肥厚患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:纳入的高血压合并心肌肥厚病例均来源于2019年5月~2020年5月,共计180例,发放随机信封根据单双号分为观察组与对照组各90例,对照组治疗方案为厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪,观察组治疗方案为曲美他嗪与厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合。比较两组治疗前后心室结构指标、血压指标及治疗总有效率。结果:两组患者治疗前左室后壁舒张末期厚度(LVPWT)、室间隔舒张末期厚度(IVST)、左室重量指数(LVMI)指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组IVST、LVPWT及LVMI均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前收缩压、舒张压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%(85/90),高于对照组的80.00%(72/90),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合曲美他嗪应用于高血压合并心肌肥厚治疗,在改善患者血压方面有着突出效果,疗效确切。

Objective:To explore the effect of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with hypertension and myocardial hypertrophy.Methods:180 cases of patients with hypertension and myocardial hypertrophy treated in a hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number envelope method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide treatment,and the observation group was given trimetazidine combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide.The indicators of ventricular structure and blood pressure before and after treatment,and the total treatment effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the indicators of left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT),interventricular septal thickness(IVST),and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)before the treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),and the IVST,LVPWT and LVMI were all decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the observation group was lower than control group,and the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.44%(85/90),higher than 80.00%(72/90)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with myocardial hypertrophy has outstanding effects in improving the blood pressure of patients,and the curative effect is definite.
