间苯三酚联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗初产妇产后尿潴留的临床研究

Clinical Study of Phloroglucinol Combined with Low-frequency Pulse Electrical Stimulation on Postpartum Urinary Retention of Primipara

目的:探讨间苯三酚联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗初产妇产后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:分析2018年4月~2019年7月于某院收治的82例初产妇产后尿潴留产妇的病理资料,根据其入院先后顺序的不同将其分为对照组和研究组各41例,其中对照组予以间苯三酚治疗,而研究组在对照组的基础上予低频脉冲电刺激治疗。记录两组产妇临床疗效、尿道感染及临床指标情况,并比较两组产妇的治疗前及治疗3d后患者不良情绪。结果:治疗后,相较于对照组,研究组患者SDS评分、SAS评分均明显更低(P<0.05);两组产妇膀胱残余尿量及产后24h出血量低于对照组,且研究组产妇住院时间更短(P<0.05);此外,研究组总有效率较对照组更高(95.12%vs 73.17%,P<0.05),研究组尿道感染发生率较对照组更低(9.76%vs 31.71%,P<0.05)。结论:初产妇产后尿潴留采用间苯三酚联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗疗效显著且安全性更高,能有效减少膀胱残余尿量及产后24h出血量的同时,还能有助于降低产妇尿道感染发生率,改善产妇心理状态,促进其康复。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of phloroglucinol combined with low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation on postpartum urinary retention in primiparas.Methods:The pathological data of 82 primiparas with postpartum urinary retention in a hospital from April 2018 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into the control group(41 cases)and the study group(41 cases)according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with phloroglucinol,and the study group was treated with low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,urinary tract infection and clinical indicators of the two groups of puerpera were recorded,and the unhealthy mood of the two groups before treatment and 3 days after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the study group had significantly lower SDS scores and SAS scores(P<0.05).The bladder residual urine volume and 24h postpartum bleeding volume of the two groups were lower than those of the control group,and the hospital stay in the study group was shorter(P<0.05).In addition,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(95.12%vs 73.17%,P<0.05),and the incidence of urinary tract infection in the study group was lower than that of the control group(9.76%vs 31.71%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Phloroglucinol combined with low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention in primiparas has significant curative effect and higher safety,which can not only reduce the residual urinary volume of the bladder and 24h postpartum bleeding effectively,but also help to reduce the incidence of maternal urethral tract infection,improve the maternal psychological state,and promote their recovery.
