黄水纱联合黄油纱外敷治疗足跟部Ⅱ期压疮的效果分析

Effect of Yellow Water Yarn Combined with Butter Yarn on StageⅡPressure Ulcers of Heel

目的:探讨于足跟部Ⅱ期压疮联合外敷黄水纱、黄油纱的临床价值。方法:按照简单随机化法将某院2018年9月~2020年8月60例下肢骨折合并足跟部Ⅱ期压疮患者分组,分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组患者采用常规方法联合黄油纱,观察组患者采用常规方法联合黄水纱、黄油纱,两组患者治疗周期均为7d。对比两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分及不良反应。结果:观察组患者总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05);观察组患者硬结、疼痛、水疱、麻木感中医症候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应总发生率为13.33%,低于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05)。结论:对于足跟部Ⅱ期压疮,先常规处理,在外敷黄油纱前先敷黄水纱可显著缓解患者中医临床症状、提高疗效、并减少不良反应的发生。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of applying yellow water yarn combined with yellow oil yarn to heel stageⅡpressure ulcers.Methods:According to the simple randomization method,60 patients with lower limb fracture complicated with heel stageⅡpressure ulcers in a hospital from September 2018 to August 2020 were divided into two groups.30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional method combined with butter yarn,and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with conventional method combined with yellow water yarn and butter yarn.The treatment cycle of both groups was 7d.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndrome such as sclerosis,pain,blisters and numbness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.33%,lower than 50.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For stageⅡpressure ulcers at the heel,conventional treatment and applying yellow water yarn before applying butter yarn can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the curative effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
