摘要
目的:研究布拉氏酵母菌联合甲硝唑治疗的实施方法及其在抗生素相关性腹泻(AAD)患者中的应用价值。方法:将某院收治的100例抗生素相关性腹泻患者随机分为C组和C+G组各50例,C组实施布拉氏酵母菌治疗,C+G组实施布拉氏酵母菌+甲硝唑治疗,统计两组患者的应用效果。结果:C+G组AAD发生率为6.00%,低于C组的18.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,C+G组患者出现AAD时抗生素应用时间长于C组(P<0.05),腹泻缓解时间短于C组(P<0.05),C+G组患者腹泻程度低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:于抗生素相关性腹泻患者治疗中通过布拉氏酵母菌联合甲硝唑治疗能有效降低患者发病率,改善患者出现AAD时抗生素应用时间,缩短腹泻缓解时间,减轻患者腹泻程度。
Objective:To study the implementation method of saccharomyces brassi combined with metronidazole and its application value in antibiotic-associated diarrhea(AAD)patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with antibiotic-associated diarrhea admitted to a hospital were randomly divided into group C(n=50,saccharomycete brahlii treatment)and group C+G(n=50,saccharomycete brahlii combined with metronidazole treatment).The application effect of two groups was counted.Results:The incidence of AAD in group C+G was 6.00%,lower than 18.00%in group C(P<0.05).After treatment,the application time of antibiotics when the patients developed AAD in group C+G was longer than that in group C(P<0.05),the diarrhea relief time was shorter than that in group C(P<0.05),and the diarrhea degree in group C+G was lower than that in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with antibiotic-associated diarrhea,saccharomyces brassi combined with metronidazole treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of patients,improve the time of antibiotic application and diarrhea relief when patients develop AAD,and reduce the degree of diarrhea.
