摘要
目的:探讨互动式健康教育在儿童肺炎护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年11月~2018年4月某院儿科收治的60例肺炎患儿按随机数字表分组,分为对照组和研究组各30例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用交互式健康教育。比较两组患者的症状缓解时间和整体护理满意度。结果:研究组各项体征(咳嗽、发热)的缓释时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的整体护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:互动式健康教育在小儿肺炎护理中的应用可取得理想效果,不仅可以减少改善临床症状所需的时间,还可提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application value of interactive health education in children pneumonia nursing.Methods:From November 2017 to April 2018,60 children with pneumonia admitted to a hospital were divided into control group and research group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received conventional care and the study group received interactive health education.Symptom relief time and overall nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The sustained release time of signs(cough,fever)in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of interactive health education in children pneumonia nursing can achieve ideal effects,which can not only reduce the time needed to improve clinical symptoms,but also improve nursing satisfaction.
