基于模块化理论的空间管桁架桥梁关键技术分析

Analysis of Key Technologies of Spatial Pipe Truss Structure Based on Modularity Theory

装配式模块景观桥梁(简称模块景观桥梁)作为一种新型结构,在景观工程应用中相对于传统的桁架式景观桥梁优势巨大,但其空间管桁架结构受力复杂,需选择合理的技术方案并进行安全验算,文中结合工程实例对空间管桁架结构的进行模块设计,选择施工中若干受力较不利的情况对桥面吊机施工时栈道主体结构和下部钢柱进行了工况验算和分析,验算主要包含以下内容:荷载分析、桥面吊车开行工况施工验算、吊装工况施工验算、轨道横梁托板设置、支撑架设置、钢柱柱脚承载力,结果表明,吊装技术方案和吊装系统设置满足空间管桁架结构安全需要,验证了结构设计的合理性和安全性。

As a new type of structure,the prefabricated modular trestle(referred to as modular trestle),has great advantages over traditional truss landscape bridges in landscape engineering applications.But the force of its spatial tube truss structure is complex,so it is necessary to select a reasonable technical solution and perform a safety check.The module design of the space pipe truss structure is combined with engineering examples in this paper.Several unfavorable conditions in the construction are selected to check and analyze the working conditions of the main structure of the plank road and the lower steel column during the construction of the bridge deck crane.The check calculation mainly includes the following contents:load analysis,bridge crane operating condition construction check calculation,hoisting condition construction check calculation,track beam support plate setting,support frame setting,steel column footing capacity.The results show that the hoisting technical scheme and the hoisting system are set to meet the safety requirements of the space pipe truss structure,and the rationality and safety of the structural design are verified.
