PVC毛细排水板对路基翻浆冒泥的综合整治

摘要 铁路路基是铁路轨道的基础,它承受铁路轨道的重量及列车车辆的动力荷载,同时还不断遭受到水流、风沙、雨雪,严寒气温的侵袭以及各种不良地质条件及人为因素的影响。路基翻浆冒泥是较为常见的路基病害,由于基床的软化使道床的整体弹性降低,影响列车的完全运营,特别是在重载列车运量日益增长的形势下,其危害性显得越来越大。本文结合工程实例,对津山线下行K288+750-K288+930间道床板结,路基翻浆冒泥病害采用铺设PVC毛细排水板的方法进行处置,采用多种工艺结合的综合技术措施,达到较为良好的整治效果。该技术为整体道床翻浆冒泥整治提供参考和借鉴。 The railway subgrade is the foundation of the railway track.It bears the weight of the railway track and the dynamic load of the trains and vehicles.At the same time,it is constantly exposed to the invasion of water,wind,sand,rain and snow,severe cold temperatures,and various adverse geological conditions and human factors.Subgrade mud pumping is a common roadbed disease.Due to the softening of the subgrade bed,the overall elasticity of the track bed is reduced,which affects the complete operation of the train.Especially under the situation of increasing traffic volume of heavy-duty trains,the hazards are becoming more and more serious.Combined with engineering examples,this paper adopts the method of laying PVC capillary drainage board to deal with the hardening of track bed and mud pumping of subgrade between K288+750-k288+930 downstream of Jinshan line,and comprehensive technical measures combining multiple processes are used to achieve relatively good results.This technology provides reference for the treatment of monolithic bed mud pumping.
