就业育人视域下轨道交通类高职院校学生关键能力培养实践--以石家庄铁路职业技术学院为例

Practice of Cultivating the Key Ability of Students in Rail Transit Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Employment Education--Take Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology as an Example

关键能力是所有职业领域都需要的能力,在个人职业发展过程中起着关键作用。德、澳、英等国家都构建了本国的关键能力培养体系,为国家培养了大批可持续发展的高素质技术技能型人才。我国对关键能力的培养体系还没有形成。本文在调研轨道交通业基层岗位职工关键能力需求的基础上,从培养职业素养、职业能力、创新能力和共建培训基地等方面阐释了石家庄铁路职业技术学院对学生关键能力的培养。

Key competencies are needed in all professional fields and play a vital role in personal career development.Germany,Australia,Britain and other countries have built their own key ability training system and trained a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for sustainable development.The training system of key abilities has not been formed in China.Based on the investigation of the key ability needs of grass-roots employees in the rail transit industry,this paper explains the cultivation of students'key ability in Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology from the aspects of cultivating professional quality,professional ability,innovation ability and jointly building training base.
