校企深度合作,定向培养铁路特有工种岗位人才

In Depth Cooperation Between Schools and Enterprises,Targeted Training of Talents for Special Types of Railway Work

校企深度合作,可以提高教育教学质量和社会服务能力,提高人才培养与企业需求结构的匹配程度,促进毕业生更充分更高质量就业。针对2021年国铁集团各铁路局实施的高职生“2+1”定向培养实施情况,总结校企深度合作经验,并从共建师资培训基地、建立信息共享平台、共建实训基地及共建技术创新平台等方面提出建议。

The in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises can improve the quality of education and teaching as well as social service ability,improve the matching degree between talent training and enterprise demand structure,and promote graduates'fuller and higher quality employment.In view of the implementation of"2+1"directional training of higher vocational students implemented by various railway bureaus of China Railway Group in 2021,this paper summarizes the experience of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of jointly building teacher training base,establishing information sharing platform,jointly building training base and jointly building technological innovation platform.
