摘要 动脉粥样硬化(AS)是冠心病的病理生理基础,多发于动脉分叉及弯曲处等处低剪切力(LSS)区域。LSS通过激活内皮细胞上的膜感受器和细胞内的信号传导,调控内皮细胞功能及基因表达,在AS的发生发展中起重要作用。本文综述剪切力对AS形成的影响,以期为AS的防治提供新的靶点。 Atherosclerosis(AS)is the pathophysiological basis of coronary heart disease.It is mostly distributed in the area of low shear stress(LSS)such as bifurcation and bending of arteries.LSS regulates endothelial cell function and gene expression by activating membrane receptors on endothelial cells and intracellular signal transduction,thus playing an important role in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.The present article reviews influence of shear stress on AS formation,aiming at providing new target for prevention and treatment of AS.
