摘要
文中针对生产规模小的大型贵重机械不确定性参数信息量不足的问题,采用区间非概率可靠性分析,只需已知不定量参数的集合上下界线即可求出结构的可靠性,将汽车起重机的起重量、起升冲击系数、起升载荷偏摆角作为不确定参数看作区间变量,采用分别对臂架的整体稳定性、刚度、强度的非概率可靠性研究,得到计算公式并结合汽车起重机工程实例对其臂架进行可靠性分析。分析结果表明:该方法得到的汽车起重机区间非概率可靠性大于1,符合实际要求。因此,采用区间非概率模型研究结构的可靠性,既可降低试验成本,又能提高计算的效率。该可靠性模型意义明确,具有很好的经济价值和社会价值,是对传统可靠性模型的补充。
Considering the insufficient information of uncertain parameters of large-scale expensive machinery with small production scale,interval non-probabilistic reliability analysis is adopted,and the reliability of the structure can be obtained by this method only by knowing the upper and lower boundaries of the set of non-quantitative parameters.Taking the lifting weight,lifting impact coefficient and lifting load deflection angle of truck crane as interval variables,the non-probabilistic reliability of the overall stability,stiffness and strength of the boom was studied respectively,and the calculation formula was obtained.The reliability of the boom was analyzed with truck crane engineering cases.The analysis results show that the interval non-probabilistic reliability of truck crane obtained by this method is greater than 1,which meets the actual requirements.Therefore,studying the reliability of structures by interval non-probability model can not only reduce the test cost,but also improve the calculation efficiency.The reliability model has a clear function and good economic and social value,and can be used as a supplement to the traditional reliability model.
