摘要 文中基于Beam搜索算法的成品烟箱自动装车系统垛型算法,提出状态表示,完成状态拓展,最后对状态进行评价。同时进行参数测试和系统稳定性测试。最终结果表明成品烟箱自动装车系统垛型算法的空间利用率能达到90%以上,且满足运输过程中的稳定性,算法能控制不同地点的烟箱装车前后顺序,适应多品规、多地点烟箱混装和多种车辆的情况。 Focusing on the state representation was put forward and the state expansion was completed by adopting the stacking algorithm of the finished smoke box automatic loading system based on Beam search algorithm.Finally,the state was evaluated.At the same time,parameters and system stability testing were carried out.Finally,the results show that the stacking algorithm of the automatic loading system of finished smoke boxes can make the space utilization rate reach more than 90%,meet the stability requirements in the transportation process,and can control the loading sequence of smoke boxes at different locations,so as to adapt to the conditions of multi-product specifications,mixed loading of smoke boxes at multiple locations and various vehicles.
