摘要
为优化城市钢桥面铺装的设计,以广州从化文化项目钢箱系杆拱为工程背景,建立了全桥有限元计算模型,对桥面铺装参与主梁受力和桥面铺装作为恒载不参与主梁受力的主梁位移值进行比较,得到了桥面铺装参与主梁受力对主梁和全桥结构变形的影响;提出了设计方案、比选方案一和比选方案二这三种桥面铺装方案,分析了三种方案在各荷载及荷载组合下的受力和变形,分析了其受力特点,并从受力、造价和使用性能各方面进行比较,得到最优方案。
In order to optimize the design of urban steel bridge deck pavement,taking the steel box tied arch of Conghua cultural project in Guangzhou as the engineering background,the finite element calculation model of the whole bridge is established.The displacement values of the main beam with bridge deck pavement participating in the main beam stress and the main beam with bridge deck pavement not participating in the main beam stress as dead load are compared,and the influence of bridge deck pavement participating in the main beam stress on the structural deformation of the main beam and the whole bridge is obtained;three bridge deck pavement schemes like design scheme,comparison scheme I and comparison scheme II are put forward,the stress and deformation of the three schemes under various loads and load combinations as well as their stress characteristics are analyzed,and the comparison is made from the aspects of stress,cost and service performance,so as to obtain the best scheme.
