“夹克法”桩基础修复加固施工工艺

摘要 为获得一种较经济快捷的桥梁桩基础修复加固施工工艺,将国内外桩基础修复加固施工工艺进行了对比研究,发现国内的水下玻纤套筒修复加固系统,又称“夹克法”施工工艺,除了引入国外成熟可靠的施工流程以外,还对主要的工程材料进行优化改良,实现了国产化。“夹克法”施工工艺是基桩外表面包裹着玻纤套筒,通过一个特定的限位器来控制环氧树脂灌浆料厚度的,而这种限位器是按照截面损失率来设计的。该施工工艺相较于传统修复加固方法,具有快捷、经济等优点,而且施工过程可以做到可视化,施工质量能得到保障,具有极好的社会经济价值,值得推广。 In order to obtain an economical and fast construction technology for bridge pile foundation repair and reinforcement,the construction technology for pile foundation repair and reinforcement at home and abroad is compared and studied.It is found that the domestic underwater glass fiber sleeve repair and reinforcement system,also known as"jacket method"construction technology,not only introduces the mature and reliable construction process abroad,but also optimizes and improves the main engineering materials.The"jacket method"construction technology is that the outer surface of the foundation pile is wrapped with glass fiber sleeve,and the thickness of epoxy resin grouting material is controlled by a specific limiter,which is designed according to the section loss rate.Compared with the traditional repair and reinforcement methods,the construction technology has the advantages of rapidity and economy.Moreover,the construction process can be visualized,the construction quality can be guaranteed,with excellent social and economic value,which is worth popularizing.
