垃圾渗滤液DTRO浓缩液全量处理中试研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用正渗透(FO)—低温蒸发—固化耦合工艺对垃圾渗滤液碟管式高压反渗透(DTRO)浓缩液进行全量处理的中试研究。结果表明,经过23 d的连续运行,中试装置的水回收率为64%,产水水质可满足《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)表2中排放标准要求;FO膜的平均运行通量为2.02 L/(m^(2)·h),清洗周期为23 d;经过物理清洗和化学清洗后,FO膜的通量恢复率在95%以上,体现出较好的抗污染性能;固化产品的含水率<30%,满足运输和填埋要求。中试装置的处理规模为12 m^(3)/d,总投资为300万元,运行成本为73.82元/m^(3)。FO—低温蒸发—固化耦合工艺解决了垃圾渗滤液DTRO浓缩液的全量处理问题,在高盐废水处理领域具有较好的应用前景。 A pilot study on the treatment of DTRO concentrate from landfill leachate was carried out using a combined process of forward osmosis(FO)-low temperature evaporation-solidification. The results showed that water recovery rate of pilot plant was 64% after 23 days of continuous operation,and the quality of effluent water could meet the discharge standard requirements in Table 2 of Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889—2008). The average operating flux of FO membrane was 2.02 L/(m^(2)·h) with rinse period of 23 days. After physical and chemical cleaning,the flux recovery rate of FO membrane was above 95%,suggesting a better anti-pollution performance. The moisture content of the cured product was <30%,which met the requirements of transportation and landfill. The treatment scale of pilot plant was 12 m^(3)/d,with a total investment of 3 million RMB and an operating cost of 73.82 RMB/m^(3). The combined process achieved the purpose of total treatment of DTRO concentrate,which has a good application prospect in the field of high salinity wastewater treatment.
