摘要
根据新一轮高考改革方案,高中学业水平考试分省命题会是一种常态。要确保学业水平考试的可靠性和有效性,各省(区、市)考试管理部门必须科学开展考试管理工作,包括规范命题流程、培训命题团队、提高命题水平等,其中,掌握并应用考试题目的编码技术是考试命题和管理团队必须具备的一项关键能力。以美国加州公立学校5年级数学学科为例,结合学科素养模型和布卢姆教育目标分类学,具体展示测评内容的维度与深度两个方面的题目编码方法及注意事项,对目前各省(区、市)的考试命题工作,包括对中小学的教学与评价工作,都具有参考价值。
Under the new policy of the national college entrance examination(NCEE)in China,it will be common for provinces to individually develop their own high school academic proficiency tests(APT).To ensure the reliability and validity of the APT,provincial examination authorities must improve test management,including by training test item developers and setting standardized test administration procedures.Specifically,the ability to code items for item banking is a key skill for both test item developers and the IT team.This paper applies the core competency model and Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives to demonstrate how to code constructs/dimensions and depths of knowledge(DOK)for test items using 5th grade math subject test as an example.These examples can offer references to the provincial examination authorities and benefit the teaching and testing endeavorsin primary and middle schools.
