结肠癌中P2X7受体表达水平及其与患者预后的关系

Correlation Analysis of P2X7 Receptor Expression in Colon Cancer Tissues and Patient Prognosis

目的:探讨结肠癌组织中P2X亚单位受体(P2X7)表达与结肠癌肿瘤特征及患者预后的关系。方法:选取2017年1月—2018年1月在河北中石油中心医院手术治疗的120例结肠癌患者,获取其结肠癌组织及癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组化染色检测P2X7受体的阳性表达率,分析不同预后患者的病理学特征差异,同时分析P2X7受体与患者3年预后结局的关系。结果:结肠癌组织中,P2X7受体低表达率为65.0%,高于癌旁组织的28.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3年,P2X7受体低表达组患者的死亡率为52.6%,高于高表达组的33.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生存分析结果显示,P2X7受体低表达组患者的生存时间短于高表达组患者,差异有统计学意义(Log Rank χ^(2)=4.652,P=0.031);Logistic回归分析结果显示:TNM分期高、切缘阳性、淋巴结转移阳性、脉管浸润、P2X7受体低表达是结肠癌患者不良预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:结肠癌组织中的P2X7受体呈低表达,并且是结肠癌患者预后不良的独立危险因素。

Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of P2X7 receptor in colon cancer tissue and the characteristics of colon cancer and the prognosis of patients.Methods 120 cases of colon cancer tissue in Hebei Petro China Central Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were collected.Their corresponding paracancerous tissue specimens(paracancerous tissues)were selected.The immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the positive expression rate of P2X7 receptors,and they were divided into different prognosis.The pathological characteristics of the patients were different,and the relationship between P2X7 receptors and the patients’3-year prognostic outcome were analyzed.Results The high expression rate of P 2 X 7 receptor in colon cancer tissue was 28.3%,lower than that in the adjacent tissues of 65%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow-up for 3 years,the mortality rate of P2X7 receptor low expression group was 52.6%,in 33.3%of the high expression group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In survival analysis,the survival time of patients in the P2X7 receptor low expression group was shorter than that of the high expression group,and the difference was statistically significant(Log Rank χ^(2)=4.652,P=0.031).The results of the establishment of Logistic regression model showed that higher TNM stage,positive resection margin,positive lymph node metastasis,vascular invasion and low expression of P2X7 receptor are independent of poor prognosis of colon cancer patients risk factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of P2X7 receptor in colon cancer tissue is low,and it is one of the independent risk factors for poor prognosis of patients.
