摘要
文章旨在研究日粮添加不同水平的包被有机酸对肉鸡生长性能、小肠绒毛形态及肌肉品质的影响。试验将768只平均体重一致的1日龄肉鸡随机分为4组,每组192只,每32只作为1个重复。各组肉鸡分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮及基础日粮+1.5、3和4.5g/kg包被有机酸,试验持续42d。结果 :3和4.5g/kg包被有机酸组肉鸡的体重显著高于对照组和1.5g/kg包被有机酸组(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,3和4.5g/kg包被有机酸组料重比均显著降低9.2%(P <0.05)。1.5g/kg包被有机酸组空肠绒毛高度最低(P <0.05),而对照组和4.5g/kg包被有机酸组空肠隐窝深度显著高于3g/kg包被有机酸组(P <0.05)。3g/kg包被有机酸组空肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值较1.5和4g/kg包被有机酸组分别显著提高7.89%和8.13%(P <0.05)。对照组胸肌系水力和蛋白硫醇浓度显著低于包被有机酸组(P <0.05),而对照组和1.5g/kg包被有机酸组胸肌肉色b值显著高于3和4.5g/kg包被有机酸组(P <0.05)。对照组胸肌硫代巴比妥酸反应物值(TBARS)较3和4.5g/kg包被有机酸组分别显著提高了18.42%和22.73%(P <0.05)。结论 :在本研究条件下,日粮添加3~4.5g/kg包被有机酸可提高肉鸡体重、绒毛高度,改善1~42d的饲料效率,并降低肌肉脂质氧化。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different levels of coated organic acids on growth performance,intestinal morphology and meat quality of broilers. A total of 768 1-d broilers with an average body weight of(53.05±0.76)g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 32 broilers per replicate. Broilers in each group were fed corn-soybean meal based diet and basal diet +1.5,3 and 4.5 g/kg coated organic acids(COA),respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. Results :The body weight of broilers in 3 and 4.5 g/kg organic acid coated groups was significantly higher than that in control group and 1.5 g/kg organic acid coated group(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group,the feed/gain in 3 and 4.5 g/kg COA groups was significantly decreased by 9.2%(P < 0.05). The jejunum villus height in 1.5 g/kg organic acid-coated group was the lowest(P < 0.05),while crypt depth in control group and 4.5 g/kg organic acid-coated group was significantly higher than that in 3 g/kg organic acid-coated group(P < 0.05). Compared with 1.5 and 4 g/kg COA groups,the ratio of villus height to crypt depth in jejunum in 3 g/kg COA group was significantly increased by 7.89% and 8.13%(P < 0.05),respectively. The concentration of water and protein mercaptan in breast muscle of control group was significantly lower than that of COA group(P < 0.05),while the color B value of breast muscle of control group and 1.5 g/kg COA group was significantly higher than that of 3 and 4.5 g/kg COA groups(P < 0.05). The thiobarbituric acid reactant value(TBARS)of breast muscle in control group was significantly increased by 18.42% and 22.73% compared with 3 and 4.5 g/kg organic acid coated groups(P < 0.05),respectively. Conclusions :Under the present study conditions,diet supplemented with 3 ~ 4.5 g/kg coated organic acids can increase body weight,villus height,improve feed efficiency from 1 to 42 days and reduce lipid oxidation in muscle of broilers.
