玉米-豆粕型日粮补充NSP酶对断奶仔猪生长性能、营养物质消化及血液参数的影响

Effects of corn-soybean meal diet supplemented with NSP enzyme on growth performance,nutrient digestion and blood parameters of weaned piglets

摘要 文章旨在研究玉米-豆粕型日粮补充NSP酶对断奶仔猪生长性能、营养物质消化及血液参数的影响。试验将24 d断奶、平均体重接近的640头仔猪随机分为2组,每组8个重复,每个重复40头,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,NSP酶组在2个阶段的基础日粮中添加150 mg/kg NSP酶(5000 IU/g木聚糖酶和4000 IU/g葡聚糖酶),试验分为断奶后1~14 d和15~28 d共4周。结果 :与对照组相比,NSP酶组仔猪断奶后28 d体重、15~28 d和1~28 d平均日增重分别显著提高6.47%、19.05%和13.06%(P <0.05),但15~28 d和1~28 d料重比分别显著降低16.27%和11.90%(P <0.05)。NSP酶组仔猪断奶后28 d的干物质、能量和粗蛋白质表观消化率较对照组分别显著提高1.98%、5.82%和3.99%(P <0.05)。对照组与处理组断奶仔猪血清大部分生化指标无显著差异(P> 0.05),而NSP酶组断奶仔猪血清尿素氮浓度较对照组显著降低21.76%(P <0.05)。结论 :玉米-豆粕型日粮中补充150 mg/kg的NSP酶可以降低血清尿素氮水平,提高干物质、粗蛋白质和能量表观消化率,进而提高仔猪断奶后4周的平均日增重和饲料效率。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of NSP enzyme supplementation in corn-soybean meal type diet on growth performance,nutrient digestion and blood parameters of weaned piglets. A total of 640 piglets weaned on 24 d with a similar average body weight were randomly divided into 2 groups with 8 replicates per group and 40 piglets per replicate,the control group was fed a corn ~ soybean meal basal diet,and the NSP enzyme group was fed a two-stage basal diet supplemented with 150 mg/kgNSP enzyme(5000 IU/g xylanase and 4000 IU/g glucanase). The experiment was divided into 4 weeks from 1 to 14 d and 15 to 28 d after weaning. Results :Compared with the control group,the body weight on 28 d,average daily gain on 15 ~ 28 d and 1 ~ 28 d in NSP group were significantly increased by 6.47%,19.05% and 13.06%(P< 0.05),respectively. The ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased by 16.27% and 11.90% at 15 ~ 28 d and 1 ~ 28 d,respectively(P < 0.05). The apparent digestibility of dry matter,energy and crude protein in NSP group on 28 days after weaning were significantly increased by 1.98%,5.82% and 3.99% compared with control group(P < 0.05),respectively.There were no significant differences in most biochemical indexes in serum of weaned piglets between control group and treatment group(P > 0.05),but the serum urea nitrogen concentration of weaned piglets in NSP enzyme group was significantly decreased by 21.76% compared with control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion :the supplementation of 150 mg/kg NSP enzyme in corn ~ soybean meal diet can reduce the serum urea nitrogen level,improve the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and energy,and then improve the average daily gain and feed efficiency of piglets 4 weeks after weaning.
