NSP酶对饲喂小麦型日粮肉鸡生长性能、肠道酶活及胫骨成分的影响 被引量:4

Effects of NSP enzyme on growth performance,intestinal enzyme activity and tibia composition of broilers fed wheat-type diet

摘要 文章旨在评估小麦完全替代玉米补充非淀粉多糖(NSP)酶对肉鸡生长性能、肠道酶活及胫骨成分的影响。试验将750只1日龄平均体重接近的肉鸡随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复50只。在整个为期28 d的饲养试验中,各组分别饲喂玉米型日粮(对照组)、小麦型日粮(T1组)及小麦型日粮+200 mg/kg NSP酶(T2组)。结果 :对照组和T2组28 d肉鸡的体重较T1组显著提高4.50%和4.11%(P <0.05),同时15~28 d和1~28 d平均日增重分别显著提高7.17%、6.47%和4.81%、4.40%(P <0.05)。T1组肉鸡1~14 d平均日采食量较对照组显著降低2.99%(P <0.05),同时15~28 d饲料报酬较对照组和T2组分别显著降低5.88%(P <0.05)。T2组14 d肉鸡空肠糜蛋白酶活性较对照组和T1组分别显著提高9.26%和10.77%(P <0.05),同时T2组28 d肉鸡空肠脂肪酶活性较T1组显著提高1.44%(P <0.05)。T1组肉鸡粗蛋白质表观消化率显著低于T2组(P <0.05),同时该组淀粉表观消化率显著低于对照组和T2组(P <0.05)。T2组肉鸡胫骨强度显著大于对照组和T1组(P <0.05),但T1和T2组肉鸡胫骨干物质含量显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :用小麦完全替代玉米会降低1~28 d肉鸡的体重、空肠脂肪酶活性及粗蛋白质和淀粉表观消化率,进而降低饲料报酬,但补充非淀粉多糖酶可以改善上述负面影响。 This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of wheat supplementation with non-starch polysaccharide(NSP)enzymes instead of corn on growth performance,intestinal enzyme activity and tibia composition of broilers.A total of 750 broilers with similar average body weight at 1 d were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 50 broilers per replicate. During the whole 28-day feeding experiment,the feeding groups were fed corn type diet(control group),wheat type diet(T1 group)and wheat type diet +200 mg/kg NSP enzyme(T2 group),respectively. Results :Compared with T1 group,the body weight of broilers in control group and T2 group at 28 d was significantly increased by 4.50%and 4.11%(P<0.05),while the average daily gain of broilers in 15~28 d and 1~28 d was significantly increased by 7.17%,6.47% and 4.81%,4.40%(P < 0.05),respectively. The average daily feed intake of broilers in T1 group during 1 ~ 14 days was significantly decreased by 2.99% compared with control group(P < 0.05),and the feed return during 15 ~ 28 days was significantly decreased by 5.88% compared with control group and T2 group(P < 0.05),respectively. Compared with control group and T1 group,the jejunal chymotrypsin activity of broilers in T2 group on 14 d was significantly increased by 9.26% and 10.77%(P < 0.05),respectively,and the jejunal lipase activity of broilers in T2 group on 28 d was significantly increased by 1.44% compared with T1 group(P < 0.05). The crude protein apparent digestibility of broilers in T1 group was significantly lower than that in T2 group(P < 0.05),and the starch apparent digestibility in T1 group was significantly lower than that in control group and T2 group(P < 0.05). The tibia strength of broilers in T2 group was significantly higher than that in control group and T1 group(P < 0.05),but the tibia dry matter content in T1 and T2 groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions :Replace corn with wheat completely can reduce body weight,jejunal lipase activity,and apparent digestibility of crude protein and starch,and thus reduce feed return of broilers on day 1 ~ 28,but the supplementation of non-starch polysaccharide enzyme can improve the above negative effects.
