摘要
本研究旨在评估硒来源对肉公牛生长性能、精液品质及血液指标的影响。试验将48头体重平均值为(355.43±3.18)kg的公牛随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复4头。对照组饲喂基础全混合日粮(不添加硒),无机硒组饲喂基础全混合日粮+0.2 mg/kg硒(以亚硒酸钠形式),有机硒组饲喂基础全混合日粮+0.2 mg/kg硒(以硒代蛋氨酸形式)。试验持续10周。结果:有机硒组1~35 d肉牛平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。有机硒组肉牛在整个试验期的平均日增重显著高于对照组和无机硒组(P<0.05),但料重比均显著低于其他两组(P<0.05)。无机硒组和有机硒组肉牛的精液量、活精、精子浓度和精子输出占比均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时有机硒组肉牛精子活力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。有机硒组肉牛精浆果糖浓度及血清硒浓度最高(P<0.05),但有机硒和无机硒组精浆总蛋白、胆固醇浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但血清睾酮浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:日粮添加0.2 mg/kg有机硒可以提高精液的各项指标,同时有机硒比无机硒更能有效改善精液质量和血清成分。
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of selenium sources on growth performance,semen quality and blood indices of meat bulls.Forty-eight bulls with an average body weight of(355.43±3.18)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 4 bulls per replicate.The control group was fed a basal total mixed diet(without selenium),the inorganic selenium group was fed a basal total mixed diet+0.2 mg/kg selenium(in the form of sodium selenite),and the organic selenium group was fed a basal total mixed diet+0.2 mg/kg selenium(in the form of selenomethionine).The experiment lasted for 10 weeks.Results:The average daily gain of beef cattle in organic selenium group was significantly higher than that in control group during 1~35 days(P<0.05),but the ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The average daily gain of beef cattle in organic selenium group was significantly higher than that in control group and inorganic selenium group(P<0.05),but the ratio of feed to gain of beef cattle in organic selenium group was significantly lower than that in other two groups(P<0.05).The semen volume,viable sperm,sperm concentration and sperm output ratio of beef cattle in inorganic selenium group and organic selenium group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the sperm motility of beef cattle in organic selenium group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The concentrations of spermatosaccharide and serum selenium in organic selenium groups were the highest(P<0.05),but the concentrations of total spermatoprotein and cholesterol in organic selenium and inorganic selenium groups were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),while the concentrations of serum testosterone were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding 0.2 mg/kg organic selenium in the diet can improve semen indexes,and organic selenium can improve semen quality and serum composition more effectively than inorganic selenium.
