乡村振兴背景下畜牧产业经济管理创新优化策略研究

Research on innovation and optimization strategy of economic management of animal husbandry industry under the background of Rural Revitalization

随着经济社会的不断发展,在乡村振兴背景下,我国畜牧产业发展显现出高速增长和产业深加工及产业模式创新的新特征,但目前我国畜牧产业在管理过程中仍然存在引种不规范、饲料种类少及动物检验检疫不到位等问题。在当前乡村振兴战略背景下,畜牧产业经济管理创新发展仍然需要处理好当下与长远、生态与效益、龙头与地基、政策和实际生产与市场的关系。因此,在乡村振兴战略背景下,首先要理顺畜牧产业发展体制,增强技术管理服务水平;其次要构建生态高值产业体系,优化乡村多元产业融合;第三要科学审视产业发展前景,深度打造畜牧产业品牌;最后要注重人才引进和管理,提高人才竞争力。

With the continuous development of economy and society,under the background of rural revitalization,the development of China’s animal husbandry industry shows new characteristics of high-speed growth,industrial deep processing and industrial model innovation. However,at present,there are still some problems in the management of China’s animal husbandry industry,such as irregular introduction,few types of feed and inadequate animal inspection and quarantine.Under the background of the Current Rural Revitalization Strategy,the innovative development of economic management of animal husbandry industry still needs to deal with the relationship between present and long-term,ecology and benefit,leader and foundation,policy and actual production and market. Therefore,under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,we should first straighten out the development system of animal husbandry industry and enhance the level of technical management service;Secondly,we should build an ecological high-value industrial system and optimize the integration of rural diversified industries;Third,we should scientifically examine the industrial development prospect and deeply build the brand of animal husbandry industry;Finally,we should pay attention to talent introduction and management to improve talent competitiveness.
