测定大豆中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量的方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 氯虫苯甲酰胺是一种双酰胺类杀虫剂,广泛运用于农作物中。采用气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱技术(GC-MS/MS)建立大豆中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量的测定方法,研究前处理添加不同的净化填料(PSA∶C18=1∶1,PSA∶C18=1∶2,PSA∶C18=2∶1)对测定结果的影响。结果表明,PSA∶C18=1∶2净化效果最佳,该方法的线性范围为20~500μg/L,最低检出限0.01 mg/kg,在0.02,0.06,0.10 mg/kg的质量浓度下回收率达90%以上。采用该方法进行大豆中的氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量的测定试验可靠性高、准确度好,可用于日常检测工作中,为消费者的食品安全提供保障,可为推动相关标准的建立提供一份技术依据。 Chlorantraniliprole is a kind of diamide insecticide,which is widely used in crops.This method for the determination of chlorantraniliprole residues in soybean was established by gas chromatography triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).The effects of different purification materials(PSA∶C18=1∶1,PSA∶C18=1∶2,PSA∶C18=2∶1)on the determination results were studied.The results showed that PSA∶C18=1∶2 had the best purification effect.The linear range of the method was 20~500μg/L,and the detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg.The recoveries were over 90%at the concentrations of 0.02,0.06,0.10 mg/kg.Using this method to determine chlorantraniliprole residues in soybean had high reliability and accuracy,which could be used in daily detection work,to provide protection for consumers'food safety,and to provide a basis for promoting the establishment of relevant standards.
