摘要
淀粉糖的应用领域广泛、消费市场庞大,据统计,蔗糖与淀粉糖合计占据我国90%的甜味配料市场,现已成为我国食糖市场的重要补充。针对近几年淀粉糖的行业现状、市场需求、供应形势、价格走势、应用特性、营养功能等方面进行系统分析,同时深入比较蔗糖和淀粉糖的需求变化和用途差异,并提出相应的产业发展建议。
Starch sugar had a wide range of applications and a huge consumer market.According to statistics,sucrose and starch sugar together accounted for 90%of China's sweet ingredient market,and it had now become an important supplement to China's sugar market.In this study,the current situation of starch sugar industry,market demand,supply situation,price trends,application characteristics and nutritional functions in recent years were systematically analyzed.At the same time,the demand changes and application differences of sucrose and starch sugar were compared,and the corresponding industry development suggestions were proposed.
