小杂粮食品安全指标检测标准及技术发展

摘要 山西省是小杂粮产品的主产区,小杂粮因其富含营养,近年来得到了各方的广泛关注,关于其食品安全指标的检测也变得愈加重要。对地方特色的小杂粮食品涉及的产品标准及安全指标检测标准的现状和检测技术的发展进行了总结探讨。 Shanxi Province is the main production area of minor food crops.In recent years,they have been widely concerned because the rich in nutrition and good for health,and the detection of food safety index has become more and more important.The product standards and the safety index testing standards and the development of testing technology of minor food crops were discussed in this paper.
