摘要
探讨网络平台与多媒体相结合的教学方法在“食品工艺学”实验课程中的应用。“食品工艺学”实验课程是构建“食品工艺学”理论学习与实践的桥梁,网络平台和多媒体相结合的教学模式能够激发学生的自主学习兴趣,提升学生实践能力,从而达到预期的教学效果和质量。
The application of the teaching method combining the network platform and multimedia in the teaching of the experimental course of Food Technology was discussed.The experimental course of Food Technology was a bridge between the theoretical study and practice of Food Technology.The teaching mode combining network platform and multimedia can stimulate students'independent learning interest,and improve students'practice ability,so as to achieve expected teaching effect and quality.
