基于OBE理念和BOPPPS模型的有效教学模式应用研究——以“淀粉工艺与设备”课程教学为例

Application Research of OBE and BOPPPS Teaching Method:Taking Starch Processing and Equipment as an Example

针对粮食工程专业传统教学模式下存在的问题,以“淀粉工艺与设备”课程为实例,基于OBE教育理念,构建BOPPPS新型教学模式。将粮食工程专业培养目标与“淀粉工艺与设备”课程的特点相结合得到课程的学习目标,并将该目标贯穿教学全过程,实现以学习结果为导向的教育模式。通过实践证明,基于OBE理念和BOPPPS教学模式能有效提高学生的学习成绩并改善课堂教学效果,有助于将专业知识转换成学生的专业能力,使学生由被动接受知识转变为主动获取知识,提高学生的能力,提升教学质量。

In view of the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode,taking the course of Starch Technology and Equ-ipment of grain engineering specialty as an example and under the guidance of OBE concept,the boppps teaching mode was constructed.The goal of this course was to combine the training objectives of grain engineering specialty with the characteristics of this course to realize goal orientation.Practice has proved that OBE-BOPPPS teaching mode can effectively improve the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode,help students transform professional knowledge into professional ability,enable students to actively acquire knowledge,and improve students'ability and teaching quality.
