摘要
采购物资是企业建设项目的基础,为确保物资采购顺利进行不影响项目建设发展,应在物资采购管理中加强对供应商、招标、采购组织、采购目标等阶段的合理规划,并进行全程监督管理,为企业项目建设提供基础保障。基于此,本文主要分析物资采购的总体方案并对做好物资采购工作提出有效的供应管理与实践对策,以供参考。
Procurement of materials is the foundation of enterprise construction projects. In order to ensure the smooth progress of material procurement without affecting the development of project construction, reasonable planning of suppliers, bidding, procurement organization, procurement objectives and other stages should be strengthened in the management of material procurement. Supervise and manage the whole process to provide a basic guarantee for the construction of enterprise projects. Based on this, this article mainly analyzes the overall plan of material procurement and puts forward effective supply management and practical countermeasures for reference.
