摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,各行各业与互联网的联系越来越紧密,互联网和大数据的发展催生出新型的企业形态——电子商务企业。在各种企业管理中,电子商务企业的管理模式尤为不同。本文主要研究大数据时代背景下的电子商务企业管理模式,从企业发展概况和大数据对企业管理的影响出发,分析电子商务企业管理的必要性和正面临的挑战,并提出一些可行性的建议。
With the continuous development of science and technology, all walks of life are more and more closely connected with the Internet. The development of the Internet and big data has spawned a new form of enterprise, i.e.e-commerce enterprises. In all kinds of enterprise management, the management mode of e-commerce enterprises is particularly different. This paper mainly studies the management mode of e-commerce enterprises in the context of big data era, analyzes the necessity and challenges of e-commerce enterprise management from the perspective of enterprise development and the impact of big data on enterprise management, and puts forward some feasible suggestions.
