数字化背景下“酒店国际化精英人才”核心素养培育路径研究

Research on the Cultivation Path of Core Literacy of “Elite Talents of Hotel Internationalized” under the Background of Digitalization

互联网技术的进步,推动了酒店业数字化转型变革及"酒店管理与数字化运行"专业人才培养的改革。国际化酒店精英人才匮乏的现状在数字化背景下进一步凸显,成为限制酒店业变革与发展的瓶颈。专业改革的定位应围绕学生"核心素养"展开,本文在分析数字化背景下"酒店国际化精英人才"核心素养内涵的基础上,从课程体系、教学过程、实践环节、双师队伍建设四方面分析了培育路径。

The progress of Internet technology has promoted the digital transformation and reform of hotel industry and professional talent cultivation of "hotel management and digital operation". Under the background of digitalization,the shortage of international hotel elites has become a bottleneck restricting the reform and development of the hotel industry. The orientation of major reform should focus on the "core literacy" of students. Based on the analysis of the connotation of the core literacy of "elite talents of hotel internationalization" under the background of digitalization, this paper analyzes the cultivation path from the four aspects of curriculum system, teaching process, practice and doublequalified team construction.
