论新发展格局下的高职院校产教融合

On the Integration of Industry and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Development Pattern

作为支撑我国经济发展战略的强劲力量,职业教育发挥着举足轻重的作用。高职院校产教融合发展模式是实现加快发展现代职业教育的重要抓手和举措,是我国经济转型升级,保持中高速增长的重要保障,是解决人才供给侧和产业需求矛盾的重要途径。本文就新发展格局下产教融合的背景、职业教育的本质、内涵、形态和实现产教融合的路径进行探讨,旨在对当下高职教育的办学模式、培养方式和多元人才观培养理念等质量建设提出建议和思考。

As a strong force supporting China’s economic development strategy, vocational education plays an important role. The integrated development mode of industry and education in higher vocational colleges is an important starting point and measure for accelerating the development of modern vocational education, an important guarantee for China’s economic transformation and upgrading and maintaining medium-to-high-speed growth, and an important way to solve the contradiction between talent supply side and industrial demand. This paper discusses the background of integration of industry and education under the new development pattern, the essence, connotation and form of vocational education and the paths to achieve integration of industry and education, in order to put forward suggestions and reflections on the quality construction of current higher vocational education, such as school-running mode, training mode and multi-talent training concept.
