"互联网+"技术为人们的工作、生活和学习带来了极大便利,作为一种新型的技术工具,能够有效消除不同区域、不同时间的信息流动。在此背景下,企业信息和个人信息也呈现出空前透明的状态,在这种高度透明的社会环境下,企业要谋求经济效益的最大化,则需高度重视税务风险的防控问题,全面提升防控意识,构建防控体制机制,通过行之有效的措施,有效规避企业经营过程中的各种税务风险,才能使企业在市场竞争中保持优势,站稳脚跟,获得更大化发展。本文围绕"互联网+"时代企业税务风险防控展开论述,分析企业税务风险管理的主要特征与当前管理所呈现出来的主要问题,并从实践的层面提出具体的防控措施,以期为同类企业提供参考,实现企业经济效益的最大化。

"Internet+" technology has brought great convenience to people’s work, life and study. As a new technological tool, it can effectively eliminate the mobility of information in different regions and at different times. In this context, enterprise information and personal information are also unprecedentedly transparent. in this highly transparent social environment,if enterprises want to maximize economic benefits, they need to attach great importance to the prevention and control of tax risks. comprehensively enhance the awareness of prevention and control, build a prevention and control system and mechanism,through effective measures to effectively avoid all kinds of tax risks in the process of enterprise operation. Only in this way can enterprises maintain their advantages, gain a firm foothold and achieve greater development in the market competition.This paper discusses the prevention and control of enterprise tax risk in the "Internet+" era, analyzes the main characteristics of enterprise tax risk management and the main problems presented by the current management, and puts forward specific prevention and control measures from the perspective of practice, in order to provide reference for similar enterprises and maximize the economic benefits of enterprises.
