产业结构调整对劳动力需求结构变化的影响研究——以海南省临高县为例

A Study on the Impact of Industrial Structure Adjustment on the Change of Labor Demand Structure——Taking Lingao County, Hainan Province as an Example

文章基于海南省六大功能性分区,以海南"4·13"重要讲话为依托,讲述临高县不满足农渔业发展而转型旅游业,却以失败告终的过程,并进一步讨论临高县继转型旅游业失败后,矛头转向新工业新林业的新尝试。在原有的劳动力结构下,经旅游业转型失败后,临高县劳动力结构正向新工业新林业的需求进行调整和升级。

Based on the six functional zonings of Hainan Province and the important speech of Hainan "4.13", this paper reveals the failure process of transforming from agriculture and fishery, which does not satisfy the development demand, to tourism in Lingao County. What’s more, the paper discusses the new attempt of transforming to new industrial and new forestry in Lingao County after the failure of tourism attempt. Under the original labor structure, the labor force structure of Lingao County is adjusting and upgrading to meet the demand of the new industrial and new forestry after that failure.
