摘要 为了减轻闲置土地外业核查工作量、提高闲置土地监测监管效率,鉴于卫星遥感影像获取地表信息覆盖范围广、周期短、分辨率高等特点,本文研究了基于卫星遥感影像提取与闲置土地核查的技术方法。以湖北省黄石市为试点区,开展了卫星影像数据预处理、疑似闲置土地提取、外业核查及成果整理等一系列工作,验证了技术路线的合理性。研究结果表明,卫星遥感影像图像识别技术可自动识别并提取未动工开发的闲置土地图斑,极大减轻了外业核查的工作量,提高了闲置土地的核查效率,为自然资源管理部门开展闲置土地盘活再利用提供有力的技术支撑,具有一定的推广意义。 In order to reduce the workload of idle land field verification and improve the efficiency of idle land monitoring and supervision,based on the characteristics of wide coverage,short period and high resolution of surface information obtained from satellite remote sensing images,this paper studies the technical methods of extracting and verifying idle land based on satellite remote sensing images,and takes Huangshi city of Hubei province as a pilot area to carry out a series of work,such as satellite images preprocessing,suspected idle land extraction,field verification and results sorting to verify the rationality of the technical route.The research shows that the satellite remote sensing images recognition technology can realize the automatic identification and extraction of idle land patches,greatly reduce the workload of field verification,improve the efficiency of idle land verification,and provide technical support for the natural resources department to revitalize and reuse the idle land,which has certain promotion significance.
