摘要
土地征收成片开发是自然资源管理部门当前承担的一项重要工作。本文分析梳理了土地征收成片开发业务特点,基于工作流引擎、空间分析与建模、OCR识别等技术,系统总结了自然资源审批过程中业务申报、验证、审查、归档等智能化应用场景,研究开发了具有智能选址、审查、流转、分析等功能的土地征收成片开发信息系统,并在实际管理中投入应用。应用实践表明,智能化审批技术与土地征收成片开发等自然资源管理业务的有机结合,将为自然资源服务与管理赋能,促进管理工作提质增效。
Land expropriation for tract development is an important task for the natural resources department.This paper analyzes and sorts out the characteristics of land expropriation for tract development business.Based on the workflow engine,spatial analysis and modeling,OCR recognition and some other technologies,this paper further systematically summarizes the intelligent application scenarios such as business declaration,verification,examination and filing in the process of natural resources approval.The land expropriation for tract development information system with intelligent site selection,intelligent review,intelligent circulation and intelligent analysis function has been developed and put into application in practical management.Practice has shown that the combination of intelligent examination and approval technology with natural resources business,such as land expropriation for tract development,will empower natural resources service and management,and improve the quality and efficiency in management work.
