摘要
硒是人和动物必需的微量元素。随着社会经济的发展和人们对硒营养元素认识的提高,富硒农产品的市场需求和开发力度越来越大,发展富硒农业势在必行,而富硒农业的发展必须以富硒技术为支撑。利用incoPat专利数据库,搜集富硒技术2001-2019年的专利数据,对我国富硒技术专利申请量、主要申请人、技术领域分布、专利法律状态及运营情况等信息进行深入分析,揭示我国富硒技术创新特点及发展态势,明确其技术创新存在的问题,并提出针对性建议,以提高我国农业富硒技术创新水平,促进富硒农业高质量发展。
Selenium is an essential trace element for human beings and animals.With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's understanding of selenium nutrient elements,the market demand and development of selenium-rich agricultural products are increasing,so it is imperative to develop selenium-rich agriculture,and the development of selenium-rich agriculture must be supported by selenium-rich technology.Using incoPat patent database,this paper collects patent data of selenium-rich technology from 2001 to 2019,and makes an in-depth analysis of the amount of selenium-rich technology patent applications,main applicants,technical field distribution,patent legal status and operation,etc.,reveals the characteristics and development trend of selenium-rich technology innovation in China,defines the existing problems of selenium-rich technology innovation,and puts forward targeted suggestions to improve the level of agricultural selenium-rich technology innovation in China,so as to promote the high-quality development of selenium-rich agriculture.
