摘要
为确定云南省黄登水电站大坝碾压混凝土(RCC)配合比和施工质量控制参数,通过试验研究了RCC坝层面间隔时间和碾压层面处理方式对RCC层面抗剪强度特性及抗渗特性的影响。结果表明:层面间隔在8 h内时,缩短间隔时间能更有效地提升层间结合性能;超过8 h后,层间结合性能对间隔时间的敏感性逐渐降低并趋于收敛。采用铺砂浆处理层面的RCC层间结合性能最优。
In order to determine the compacted concrete proportion and construction quality control parameters of RCC dam of Huangdeng Hydropower Station in Yunnan Province,we carried out some tests to study the effect of RCC dam layer grouting interval time and processing methods on the shear strength and impermeability characteris⁃tics of RCC layer.The test results showed that shortening the grouting interval time within 8h could effectively im⁃prove the interlayer bonding performance.After more than 8 hours,the sensitivity of interlayer bonding performance to interval time decreased gradually and tended to converge.The RCC interlayer bonding performance was the best when the layer was poured by mortar.
