摘要
当减水剂与水泥出现不相容问题时,混凝土施工性能会受到较大影响。为解决高温差地区聚羧酸减水剂与水泥的相容性问题,通过工程实际案例,对聚羧酸减水剂与水泥的不相容现象进行了研究。结果表明,聚羧酸减水剂对温度环境较为敏感,高温差环境会导致其与水泥的相容性发生变化,从而导致混凝土拌和物性能的变化。通过调整减水剂配方等措施可有效解决环境温度对相容性的影响。
When there is incompatibility between superplasticizer and cement,the construction performance of con⁃crete will be greatly affected.In order to address the problems of incompatibility between polycarboxylic superplasti⁃cizer and cement in areas with high temperature difference,an actual engineering case was studied.It is found that polycarboxylic superplasticizer is sensitive to environment temperature,and high temperature environment differ⁃ence will change its compatibility with cement,which can result in the change of the performance of concrete mix⁃ture.The influence of environmental temperature on the compatibility can be effectively solved by adjusting the for⁃mula of superplasticizer.
