摘要
在大型装备制造业中,多丝复合焊已逐渐进入实际应用阶段。为了探究多丝复合埋弧焊中不同焊丝焊剂组合对埋弧焊接头冲击性能的影响,分别采用不同焊丝焊剂组合,进行多种热+冷丝、热+冷+热丝焊接实验。分析结果表明,8 mm厚钢板多丝复合埋弧焊接头冲击功均满足规范标准(≥27 J);对比其他组合方式,冲击性能最佳的焊剂组合为F1+F3,最佳的焊丝组合为三丝E1+E2+E2。
In the large-scale equipment manufacturing industry,multi-wire composite welding has gradually entered the practical application stage.In order to explore the influence of different welding wire and flux combinations on the impact performance of submerged arc welding joints in multi-wire composite submerged arc welding,different welding wire and flux combinations are used to conduct a variety of hot+cold wire,hot+cold+hot wire welding experiments.The results show that the impact energy of 8 mm thick steel plate multi wire composite submerged arc welding joint meets the code standard(≥27 J);Compared with other combinations,the best flux combination with impact performance is F1+F3,and the best welding wire combination is three wire E1+E2+E2.
