摘要
连续卸船机工作时存在工况复杂、载荷多变的特点,疲劳破坏是其钢结构主要失效形式之一。建立整机结构有限元模型,分析作业循环与载荷工况,根据标准规范分析结构疲劳应力;针对回转架结构高应力区,分析不同焊缝形式的疲劳强度,对不达标的焊缝设计不同的结构改进方案,根据改进后的应力改善情况,确定最终方案,提高疲劳寿命。
The continuous ship unloader has the characteristics of complex working conditions and variable load when it is working.Fatigue failure is one of the main failure modes of its steel structure.The finite element model of the whole machine structure is established,the operating cycle and load conditions are analyzed,and the structural fatigue stress is analyzed according to the standard specification.In view of the high stress area of the slewing frame structure,the fatigue strength of different weld forms is analyzed,and different structural improvement schemes are designed for the unqualified welds,and the improved stress conditions are compared to determine the final plan to improve the fatigue life.
