摘要
结合轮胎式龙门起重机实际项目应用,介绍了全功能小车微动功能机械方案和结构形式,并以回转微动功能为例,分析了其受力情况,给出了对平面内微动回转、小车方向微动平移及大车方向微动平移中的辅助钢丝绳拉力、辅助钢丝绳长度变化的计算方法。依据该算法所设计的全功能小车已应用于多个项目的轮胎吊中,运行效果良好。
Combined with the actual project application of rubber-tyred gantry cranes,the mechanical scheme and structural form of micro-motion function of full-function trolley are introduced.Taking the rotary micro-motion function as an example,the force condition is analyzed,and the calculation methods of the auxiliary wire rope pulling force and length change in the micro-motion rotation in the plane,trolley direction micro-motion translation and crane direction micro-motion translation are given.The full-function trolley designed according to the algorithm has been applied to tire cranes in many projects,and the operation effect is good.
