基于船岸一体化的环保型卸料系统设计

摘要 为解决散货卸料污染重、环保成本高等问题,从散货卸料工艺流程入手,分析了卸料系统的功能需求。以码头散粮卸料为研究对象,从卸料工艺规划、卸料设备选择、除尘系统选择、码头皮带机布置等方面综合考虑,开发了基于船岸一体化的环保型卸料系统,介绍了关键部件的功能设计。该设计方案可为散货装卸码头的环保型卸料系统规划、装卸设备选择提供参考。 In order to solve the problems of heavy pollution and high environmental protection cost of bulk cargo handling,the functional requirements of the unloading system are analyzed from the process flow of bulk cargo handling.Taking the bulk grain unloading at the terminal as the research object,comprehensively considering the unloading process planning,the selection of unloading equipment,the selection of dust removal system and the layout of terminal belt conveyor,etc.,an environment friendly unloading system based on ship-shore integration is developed,and the functional design of key components is introduced.This scheme can provide reference for the planning of environmentally friendly unloading system and the selection of handling equipment of bulk cargo handling terminal.
