摘要 在碳中和发展目标与农业现代化需求的双重背景下,规模化奶牛场亟需探索绿色高效的养殖模式,以提升经济与环境效益,实现行业的可持续发展。本文引入能值分析理论,对奶牛养殖系统进行了综合效益分析,结合天津地区城郊型和农区型规模化奶牛场的技术应用、生产效率、经济效益和环境影响等,探讨了技术选择对经济和环境效益的影响程度,为奶牛场今后的综合效益提升及碳减排提供了理论支撑。 Under the dual background of carbon neutrality development goal and agricultural modernization demand,large-scale dairy farms need to explore green and efficient breeding mode,so as to improve economic and environmental benefit and achieve sustainable development of the industry.Based on emergy theory,this study conducted comprehensive benefit analysis to dairy farming system,combining with the agricultural technology application,production efficiency,economic efficiency and environmental impact of large-scale dairy farm of suburban and rural type in Tianjin,discussed the influence of technology selection on economic and environmental benefits.It provides a theoretical support for comprehensive benefit improvement and reduction of carbon emission of pastures in the future.
