中西医综合治疗对胆囊结石患者效果及总胆汁酸的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Treatment of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Patients with Cholecystolithiasis and Total Bile Acid

目的探讨中西医综合治疗对胆囊结石患者效果及总胆汁酸的影响。方法选取104例胆囊结石患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各52例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药治疗。比较2组治疗效果,治疗前后的总胆汁酸、总胆固醇水平以及中医症状积分,同时比较2组不良反应出现情况。结果观察组总有效率为94.2%,高于对照组的78.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总胆汁酸为(85.6±7.0)mmol·L^(-1)、血清总胆固醇水平为(13.2±1.0)mmol·L^(-1),均低于对照组的(108.4±6.2)mmol·L^(-1)、(16.5±1.1)mmol·L^(-1),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胆绞痛、腹胀及胃灼热评分分别为(0.4±0.1)、(0.2±0.1)及(0.2±0.1)分,均低于对照组的(1.2±0.1)、(0.6±0.2)及(0.6±0.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对胆囊结石患者采用中西医综合治疗,其效果较好,能够有效降低患者总胆汁酸水平,缓解其临床症状,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with Cholecystolithiasis and its effects on total bile acid.Methods 104 patients with gallstone were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the observation group(52 cases)and the control group(52 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,the levels of total bile acid,total cholesterol,and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(94.2%)was higher than that of the control group(78.8%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the total bile acid of the observation group(85.6±7.0)mmol·L^(-1),and the serum total cholesterol level(13.2±1.0)mmol·L^(-1)were lower than those of the control group(108.4±6.2)mmol·L^(-1)and(16.5±1.1)mmol·L^(-1),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s biliary colic,abdominal distension and heartburn scores(0.4±0.1),(0.2±0.1),(0.2±0.1)points were lower than the control group(1.2±0.1),(0.6±0.2),(0.6±0.1)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.8%,and the control group was 9.6%.There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for patients with gallbladder stone disease has a good effect,can effectively reduce the patient’s total bile acid level,relieve their clinical symptoms,and has high safety,which is conducive to clinical application.
