摘要
多发性硬化(mutiple sclerosis,MS)是神经系统脑白质病变为主的免疫性疾病,青年起病多见,常可导致患者残疾。随着影像学、电生理等技术的发展,更多的病例被发现,足以引起临床医师的重视。本病病因与遗传、环境、自身免疫等密切相关,其中免疫机制是当前研究的热点。本文旨在对细胞因子、B细胞、T细胞、雌激素在多发性硬化免疫机制中的作用进行综述。
Multiple sclerosis(MS)is an immune disease with white matter lesions in the nervous system.It affects young people in most cases and often leads to disability. Recently,more and more cases of MS have been found with the development of imaging technology,electrophysiology and other technologies,which is gaining more attentions from clinicians. In etiology,this disease closely attributes to heredity,environment and autoimmunity,among which the last one has become the focus of current research from the perspective of immune mechanism. The aim of this study is to review the role of cytokines,B cells,T cells and estrogen in the immune mechanism of multiple sclerosis.
